When people see a post that already has comments, they're more likely to click and find out more. That's why first comments are one of the easiest ways to boost engagement, and why Larkpulse lets you create up to 5 of them.

What to put in a first comment

  • Extra insights: Add the detail that didn't fit in your post.
  • Examples: Show the idea in practice.
  • Questions: Start a discussion and give people a reason to reply.

With our latest update, you can also add images to your first comments.

Reusable CTAs

A CTA lets you promote your product or service with a comment that includes an image and a URL. Write it once, save it, and add it whenever you need it.

CTAs work in two places:

  • First comments: The promotion sits naturally under your post, so the post itself stays clean.
  • Carousel posts: Your CTA appears on the last slide, where readers decide what to do next.

How to use it

  1. Create your first comments, or write your own.
  2. Create a CTA with your text, image and URL, and save it.
  3. Add your first comments and CTA when you publish.
  4. Update the CTA whenever your offer changes.
