When you disconnect a social media account from Larkpulse, all data associated with that connected account — including authorization tokens, profile information, post data, and analytics — is permanently deleted from our systems. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your Larkpulse dashboard.

The information we collect is stored and/or processed in USA or where we or our partners, our affiliates, or our service providers operate. By providing us with your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing, or processing. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Larkpulse accesses your social media data only through official platform APIs and in accordance with each platform's developer terms and data use policies. We do not access data beyond the permissions you explicitly grant during the account connection process.

Managing Connected Social Media Accounts

You have full control over your connected social media accounts. At any time, you can:

  • View which social media accounts are connected to your Larkpulse account.
  • Disconnect any social media account, which will revoke Larkpulse's access and permanently delete all data associated with that connection from our systems.
  • Reconnect accounts if you change your mind.

Disconnecting an account within Larkpulse revokes our stored authorization tokens. We also recommend reviewing the third-party app permissions within each social media platform's settings to confirm that access has been fully revoked.

If you are a resident of California, Oregon, Nevada, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another state that provides data privacy protections, you may have additional rights regarding our use of your personal information, including the right to know, access, opt-out of sales or sharing, delete, and correct your data.
