Your AI agent can now create images and carousels, manage your inbox, add CTAs and find your top posts. Here is every Larkpulse MCP tool and what it does.

Larkpulse MCP update: an AI agent chat linked to Images, Carousels, Inbox, CTAs and Analytics tool cards, with the headline "Your AI agent. More superpowers."

In the past few days we added a set of new tools to the Larkpulse MCP. Your AI agent can now generate images and carousels, work through your comment inbox, attach your saved CTAs, and tell you which posts performed best.

If you haven't connected it yet: the Larkpulse MCP lets Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and CLI agents like Claude Code, OpenClaw and Hermes work inside your Larkpulse account. You ask in plain language, and the agent reads your data, writes posts in your voice and schedules them.

What's new

Image generation

Ask your agent for an image and it uses the same image pipeline as the Larkpulse composer. It can check the available models and styles first, generate up to 4 images per request, and pull in your brand kit assets as references so the result looks like your brand. Finished images land in your Media Library, ready to attach to a post.

Try: "Make an infographic for this post using my brand kit, then save it as a LinkedIn draft."

Carousels

The carousel maker now works over MCP. Your agent can list the carousel styles and brand kits, generate a carousel from a post, check on its progress and edit it once it's done. When the slides are ready, it attaches them to a draft or a scheduled post in one step.

Try: "Turn yesterday's LinkedIn post into a carousel in my brand style and schedule it for Thursday at 9am."

Your unified inbox

Agents can read the comments waiting in your Larkpulse inbox, draft replies with AI, post the replies you approve, and moderate comments (ignore, hide, unhide, approve or reject). Replies are text only, and nothing gets deleted.

Try: "Go through my new comments, draft a reply for each one worth answering, and show me before you send anything."

Saved CTAs

Your agent can now see your reusable comment CTAs. It can list them and add one to any post it saves, publishes or schedules, so your call to action goes in as the last comment, with its link and image.

Per-post analytics

Analytics now include your top posts for any time range, ranked by engagements, impressions, likes, replies, shares or clicks. Each post comes with its metrics, a permalink and a preview, and the list includes posts you published outside Larkpulse. One request returns up to 50 posts, so "what were my best posts this month?" takes a single call.

Ready-made workflows

Five new prompts show up as starters or slash commands in clients that support them:

  • Plan a week of posts drafts five posts from your Brain insights and saves the ones you approve.
  • Repurpose a post for each channel runs Magic Adapt across your accounts.
  • Turn a post into a carousel generates the slides and attaches them to a draft.
  • Analytics recap summarises your performance and top posts, then suggests three post ideas.
  • Reply to new comments drafts replies for you to approve.

Each one checks with you before it publishes anything.

Everything your agent can do in Larkpulse

Here's the full toolset, grouped by the job it does.

Find your way around

  • list_workspaces and list_accounts return your workspaces, your role in each, and every connected channel with its character limit.
  • list_content_categories shows your content category queues and their slots.
  • list_pinterest_boards lists the boards you can pin to.

Use your Brain

  • list_sources lists the documents you've uploaded, filterable by category: personal, product, customer proof, inspiration or research.
  • list_brain_insights and get_brain_insights return the stories, facts, beliefs, frameworks and proofs extracted from those documents, with the full text.
  • list_personas and list_generate_models show your personas and the AI models you can write with, including their credit cost.

Write

  • generate_post writes post variants from a brief, from specific insights, or from a whole source document.
  • improve_post polishes a rough draft for the channels you pick.
  • magic_adapt rewrites one post for each of your other channels.
  • generate_first_comments writes up to five follow-up comments for a post.

Create visuals

  • list_image_options, generate_image and get_image handle images and infographics.
  • list_carousel_options, generate_carousel, get_carousel and edit_carousel handle carousels.
  • upload_media, create_media_upload and finalize_media bring in your own images, videos and PDFs.

Publish

  • save_draft, publish_post, schedule_post and add_to_category.

These four do more than their names suggest. They take threads or posts for X and Threads, up to five follow-up comments, a saved CTA, different text or media per platform, media items for carousels and slideshows, LinkedIn PDF carousels, Instagram post types, TikTok settings and Pinterest boards. Ask for improve or magic_adapt and the agent polishes or adapts the text before saving it, all in one call.

Track

  • get_calendar shows drafts, scheduled and published posts over any date range.
  • get_post returns the publish result for each account on a post.
  • get_analytics covers one account or the whole workspace, plus your top posts.

Engage

  • get_inbox, draft_comment_reply, reply_to_comment and moderate_comment.

Jobs your ai agent can now handle for you

  • Weekly planning. "Look at what worked last month, then draft next week's posts from my strongest insights." The agent reads your analytics, picks insights from your Brain, writes the posts and saves them as drafts for you to review.
  • Repurposing. Paste a newsletter or a talk transcript and ask for a LinkedIn post, an X thread and a carousel. It writes each version, builds the carousel and schedules everything.
  • Turning documents into content. Point it at a case study you've uploaded and ask for three posts built on the customer proof inside it.
  • Comment triage. Have it go through your inbox each morning and line up drafted replies you approve one by one.
  • Reporting. Ask for a monthly recap across every channel, with your top posts and what they have in common.
  • Posting from your phone. It runs in the chat app you already use, so you can schedule a post from ChatGPT or Claude on your phone without opening Larkpulse.

Why it's one of the most powerful connections for ChatGPT and Claude

A connector that can only publish covers one step of the work. The Larkpulse MCP covers all of it: your source material and insights, the writing, the visuals, publishing to X, Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, the analytics afterwards, and the replies to the comments that come in. You can go from "what should I post this week?" to scheduled posts with carousels in one conversation.

It writes from your own material. Posts come from the insights in your Brain and the personas you've set up, so your agent works from what you actually think and know.

It also runs on the same engine as the app. Posts, images and carousels made over MCP go through the same pipeline as the Larkpulse dashboard, so you can open anything your agent made and keep editing it there.

How to connect

MCP is included on Pro (1,000 actions a month) and Business (3,000 a month, with more on the higher Business tiers). AI credits for writing and visuals are counted separately.

In Larkpulse, go to Settings, then Billing, and find the "Connect your AI" card. It has your endpoint, setup steps for each client and a list of your connected apps.

On a team, every member can connect their own agent to the workspaces they have access to.
